Bodhtree Consulting raises Rs 3.49 cr via preferential issue of shares

Bodhtree Consulting has allotted 20,58,822 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each at an issue price of Rs 17 per equity share (including a premium of Rs 7 per share) aggregating to Rs 3.49 crore on preferential basis to non-promoter entities.
