Ujjivan Small Finance Bank allots 19.08 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Ujjivan Small Finance Bank has allotted 19,08,578 equity shares under ESOP on 08 October 2026. Consequently, the paid-up capital of the Bank has increased from Rs. 19,51,05,63,420 to 19,52,96,49,200.
