Board of P. H. Capital approves allotment of bonus shares

The board of P. H. Capital at its meeting held on 08 October 2026 has approved the allotment of 3,00,01,000 fully paid up equity shares of Rs 10 each as bonus shares in ratio of 10:1. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital of the company has increased to Rs33,00,11,000/- (3,30,01,100 equity shares).
