Raymond Realty announces further investment in Ten X Realty North

Raymond Realty has made a further investment in Ten X Realty North (formerly known as Chembur Realty) (TXRNL), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, by subscribing to further issue of 9,000 equity shares of face value Rs.10 each, aggregating to Rs.90,000 through a right issue, and the newly issued shares rank pari-passu to existing equity shares of TXRNL.
