BSE SME Everestims Technologies gains altitude after premium debut
The counter hit a high of Rs 126.97 and a low of Rs 119.70. About 28.62 lakh shares changed hands on the BSE.
Everestims Technologies' IPO was subscribed 273.67 times. The IPO opened for subscription on 29 September 2026 and closed on 5 October 2026. The price band was Rs 80 to Rs 85 per share.
The book-built issue comprised a fresh issue of 45.94 lakh equity shares aggregating Rs 39.05 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 11.07 lakh shares aggregating Rs 9.41 crore. The total issue size amounted to Rs 48.46 crore.
The company raised Rs 13.71 crore from three anchor investors on 28 September 2026 through the allocation of 16.13 lakh shares at Rs 85 a share.
The company will use Rs 5.66 crore of the net proceeds to purchase IT hardware for setting up an Artificial Intelligence Innovation and Experience Laboratory and Rs 24 crore towards working capital requirements. The remaining proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
Following the IPO, promoter and promoter group shareholding declined to 58.98% from 80.38% before the issue.
Incorporated in April 2017, EverestIMS Technologies is a software enterprise offering Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions as well as on-premise products and services. The company specialises in digital transformation, IT operations and AI-driven product solutions, including remote monitoring of critical network devices, servers and applications through its Infraon Infinity platform.
Its product portfolio includes information technology service management, IT infrastructure management, network configuration and change management, AI for IT operations, IT asset management and operation support systems.
The company generates revenue mainly from software product sales and service sales. It operates through direct sales as well as domestic and international channel partners, distributors and sales agents. As of 31 March 2026, EverestIMS Technologies employed 230 people.
Financially, EverestIMS Technologies reported total income of Rs 65.91 crore in FY2026, up 14.06% from Rs 57.78 crore in FY2025. Profit after tax declined 6.68% to Rs 13.14 crore from Rs 14.08 crore, while EBITDA increased 3.09% to Rs 23.34 crore from Rs 22.64 crore.
