BSE SME Dove Soft loses ground after muted listing

Dove Soft traded at Rs 104.80 on the BSE, representing a 4.73% discount over its issue price of Rs 110.
The scrip was listed at Rs 110.30, a premium of 0.27% to the IPO price. The stock is currently frozen at its lower limit of 5% over its listing price.

The counter hit a high of Rs 111 and a low of Rs 104.80. About 29.66 lakh shares changed hands on the BSE.

Dove Soft's IPO was subscribed 1.36 times. The IPO opened for subscription on 30 September 2026 and closed on 5 October 2026. The price band was fixed at Rs 104 to Rs 111 per share.

The book-built issue comprised a fresh issue of 53.28 lakh shares aggregating Rs 59.14 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 12.72 lakh shares aggregating Rs 14.12 crore.

Promoters Kurjibhai Rupareliya, Rahul Bhanushali and Sky Occean Infrastructure held 74.31% of the company before the IPO. Their combined shareholding declined to 52.86% after the issue.

The company plans to use Rs 46 crore of the net IPO proceeds towards meeting its working capital requirements. The balance will be utilised for general corporate purposes.

Incorporated in August 2011, Dove Soft provides integrated cloud-communication solutions through SMS, RCS, voice, WhatsApp, email and other digital channels. The company serves enterprises and over-the-top (OTT) platforms across sectors including telecom, IT, travel, entertainment, media, advertising, retail, real estate, healthcare, BFSI, automobile, e-commerce and food and beverages.

Dove Soft operates a cloud-based delivery platform that enables clients to build and manage applications without having to create and maintain the underlying hardware and software infrastructure. The company has a diversified service portfolio and a scalable delivery platform supported by its technology infrastructure. As of 31 March 2026, Dove Soft had 92 employees across various departments.

For FY2026, Dove Soft reported total income of Rs 274.74 crore, compared with Rs 188.26 crore in FY2025, an increase of 45.94% YoY. PAT rose 41.47% YoY to Rs 23.40 crore from Rs 16.54 crore, while EBITDA increased 35.85% YoY to Rs 32.78 crore from Rs 24.13 crore. Total borrowings stood at Rs 6.29 crore as of 31 March 2026.
