Viyash Scientific allots 1,35,880 equity shares under ESOP

Viyash Scientific has allotted 1,35,880 equity shares under ESOP on 08 October 2026. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 88,32,55,340/- consisting of 44,16,27,670 equity shares of Rs. 2 each to Rs. 88,35,27,100/-, comprising of 44,17,63,550 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
