Fractal Analytics arm incorporates subsidiary in Qatar

Fractal Analytics announced that its subsidiary, Fractal has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, FRACTAL AI QFZ LLC, in Qatar Free Zones.

The new subsidiary is incorporated with an objective of providing software development, information technology consultancy, network services, information technology support services and artificial intelligence-related services.

FRACTAL AI QFZ LLC has been incorporated as a limited liability company with a share capital of QAR 100,000, comprising 10,000 equity shares of QAR 10 each. The subsidiary is wholly owned by Fractal, through which Fractal Analytics indirectly holds 100% of the entity.

Fractal Analytics is a global enterprise AI company serving Fortune 500 clients through AI services, solutions and products, with Cogentiq as its flagship agentic AI platform. Its business portfolio also includes Asper.ai, which focuses on interconnected decisions for revenue growth, and Analytics Vidhya, a data science community.

The company?s consolidated net profit jumped 97.87% to Rs 74.2 crore in Q1 FY27 compared with Rs 37.5 crore in Q1 FY26. Revenue from operations increased 19.99% YoY to Rs 912.5 crore in Q1 FY27.

The scrip declined 2.61% to settle at Rs 721.65 on the BSE.
