Godrej Properties bags Bandra Bay promenade project Phase 1

The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), in partnership with Godrej Properties (GPL) and RC Group, has announced the first phase of a landscaped bayside promenade at Bandra Bay, a key step in BMC's broader vision to shape it into a premier waterfront district.

The initiative will transform the currently underused land along the bay into a lush, verdant bayfront that enriches the character of the neighbourhood. The first phase brings together three key spaces: a bayside walking track; a bayside garden with sweeping landscaped lawns; and a lifestyle hub combining a pet park, literature zone, and amphitheatre. The second phase will introduce a mini golf course set amid lush greens, along with a separate, dedicated activity and sports zone.
