Alankit allots 1.65 cr equity shares on conversion of warrants

Alankit has allotted 1.65 crore equity shares on conversion of equivalent number of convertible warrants on 05 October 2026. Consequent to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 28,76,58,100/- divided into 28,76,58,100 equity shares of face value of Re 1/- each.
