PTC Inds jumps after launching QIP; floor price set at Rs 22,150/ share

PTC Industries rallied 6.69% to Rs 24,630 after the company announced the launch of its qualified institutional placement (QIP) with a floor price of Rs 22,150 per equity share.
The company authorised the opening of the QIP issue on 6 October 2026.

The floor price of Rs 22,150 per share represents a discount of 4.21% over the scrip?s previous closing price of Rs 23,124.10 on the BSE.

The company, at its discretion, may offer a discount of up to 5% on the floor price, subject to applicable regulations.

PTC Industries manufactures precision metal components and strategic materials used in critical applications. Through its wholly owned subsidiary, Aerolloy Technologies, the group produces titanium and superalloy materials and components for the aerospace, defence, and space sectors, catering to customers in India and overseas markets.

The company reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 29.2 crore in Q1 FY27, which is higher by 466.2% as compared with the PAT figure of Rs 5.2 crore posted in Q1 FY26. Total income increased by 83% year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 197.1 crore during the period under review.
