ARCIL hits the roof after Q1 PAT jumps 54% YoY to Rs 89 cr

Asset Reconstruction Company (India) (ARCIL) hit upper ciruit of 10% at Rs 160.25 after the company reported a 54.15% year-on-year (YoY) increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 89.15 crore in Q1 FY27 from Rs 57.83 crore in Q1 FY26.
Revenue from operations jumped 115.35% YoY to Rs 234.74 crore in the quarter ended 30 June 2026. Profit before tax (PBT) rose 42.73% YoY to Rs 108.38 crore during the quarter.

On a standalone basis, ARCIL's net profit surged 107% YoY to Rs 143.1 crore in Q1 FY27, while revenue from operations increased 132% YoY to Rs 274 crore.

The company's assets under management (AUM) stood at Rs 19,574 crore as of 30 June 2026.

ARCIL made its stock market debut on 19 September 2026, with the shares listing at Rs 113 on the BSE, matching the IPO price. The issue opened for subscription on 9 September 2026 and closed on 11 September 2026. The IPO comprised an offer for sale (OFS) of 5.27 crore equity shares.
