Moneyboxx Finance surpasses Rs 1,000 cr total assets milestone

Moneyboxx Finance has surpassed the Rs 1,000 crore total assets milestone as of 30 September 2026. The figure is based on provisional, unaudited management accounts as at September 30, 2026, and is subject to limited review by the statutory auditors.

Under the Reserve Bank of India's framework, non-deposit-taking NBFCs with an asset size of Rs 1,000 crore and above fall within the Middle Layer (NBFC-ML). Accordingly, the Company will become subject to the regulatory requirements applicable to NBFC-ML in accordance with the provisions and timelines of that framework.
