Mphasis bags ?35.4 mln contract to support Social Security Scotland
Under the contract, Mphasis will provide support and maintenance for Social Security Scotland's Social Program Management (SPM) case management system, which is used to administer a range of social security payments, including disability benefits and heating support.
The engagement aims to ensure the platform's stability, resilience and operational continuity, helping citizens access benefits through applications, eligibility assessments and payments while mitigating risks associated with service disruptions and major incidents.
