Sona BLW Precision Forgings terminates captive solar power project at Chennai

Sona BLW Precision Forgings announced that the company, Seeyel Renewables and CSE Development (India) have mutually agreed to terminate the captive solar power plant project at Chennai with effect from 25 September 2026.

The termination of the Project will have no impact on the operations or financial position of the Company and no termination payment, compensation, damages or admission of default or liability.
