Kabra Extrusion Technik incorporates WoS - Geon International FZ-LLC

Kabra Extrusion Technik has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary in the name and style of Geon International FZ-LLC, a Free Zone Limited Liability Company, in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates, on 5 October 2026.

The subsidiary will act as an intermediary holding company in the UAE for the Company's international business, as approved by the Board on 5 September 2026. It is intended to hold the Company's proposed subsidiary in Vietnam, which will set up a manufacturing facility for battery packs, and to undertake commercial enterprises investment, institution and management, and trading in batteries and related products as per its licence.
