Zaggle board approves incorporation of WoS in Abu Dhabi Global Market

The board of directors of Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services at its meeting today has approved the incorporation of wholly owned subsidiary of the Company in  Abu Dhabi Global Market in the name and style of ?Zaggle Holding?.

The proposed entity will be engaged in Fintech/ SaaS /AI business along with acting as holding company for holding investments in group and third-party entities, as per business requirements
