KNR Constructions transfers KNR Ramanattukara Infra to Indus Infra Trust

For a consideration of Rs 549.14 cr

KNR Constructions has transferred its all of the equity share capital in one of its subsidiary company i.e. KNR Ramanattukara Infra (SPV/KRIPL) to Indus Infra Trust (purchaser).

The company had invested Rs. 225.72 crore (in the form of equity and subordinated debt) in the SPV.

Pursuant to the transaction, the company has received a consideration of Rs. 549.14 crore from the purchaser.
