Natural Gas near one-week high after breaking above $3 per mmbtu mark

The US Natural Gas futures are rising on steady demand and currently trade at $3.08 per mmbtu, up 0.68% on the day. These are the highest levels in last one-week. Prices fell around 6% last week but are holding on now after a rebound above $3 per mmbtu mark. MCX Natural gas futures closed sharply higher by 2.50% in last session. The open interest in the counter registered a sharp reduction of 23.48%. The counter currently trades at Rs 299 per mmbtu, up 1.32% on the day as lows around Rs 297 mark capped losses in intraday moves.
