Nityas Gems & Jewellery IPO ends with 2.25 times subscription
The initial public offer of Nityas Gems & Jewellery received bids for 3,25,84,000 shares as against 1,44,56,000 shares on offer. The issue was subscribed 2.25 times.
The qualified institutional buyers' (QIB) portion was subscribed 1.06 times, while the non-institutional investors' (NII) category was subscribed 2.05 times. The retail individual investors' (RII) segment was subscribed 4.04 times.
The issue opened for bidding on 30 September 2026 and closed on 5 October 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed between Rs 70 and 75 per share.
The IPO is entirely a fresh issue of shares worth Rs 108.42 crore at the upper price band of Rs 75. There is no OFS component. At the upper end of the price band, the company is expected to be valued at Rs 431.95crore post listing.
The funds of Rs 70 crore raised will be used for funding working capital requirements and the balance will be utilised for general corporate purposes.
Nityas Gems and Jewellery is engaged in the design, manufacturing and sale of lab-grown diamond studded gold jewellery through B2B and D2C channels. The company supplies jewellery to organized retailers, standalone retailers and wholesalers across India and overseas markets, while its subsidiary Ayaani Diamonds and Jewellery operates the D2C retail business through online and physical stores. Its product portfolio includes rings, earrings, pendants, bracelets, mangalsutras, necklaces and other jewellery across daily wear, occasion-based, men?s and customised segments.
The firm reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 22.32 crore and sales of Rs 202.89 crore for the twelve months ended on 31 March 2026.
