Honasa Consumer rallied 6.91% to Rs 473.20 after the beauty and personal care company said it expects another strong quarter in Q2 FY27, supported by broad-based growth across its focus categories and brands.

Mamaearth is expected to maintain its growth momentum and report high-teens YoY NSV growth in Q2 FY27. The company attributed the expected performance to rising brand affinity and an expanding offline presence.

The company's younger brands, including The Derma Co., Aqualogica, BBlunt, Dr. Sheth?s, Staze, Lumineve and Reginald Men, are expected to accelerate their YoY NSV growth to around the mid-forties, supported by continued consumer traction.

Offline channels are expected to remain the key growth driver, with both general trade and modern trade projected to post strong growth. The company said deeper direct distribution in general trade and improved execution at points of sale are supporting the performance. Online sales are also expected to maintain their growth momentum during the quarter.

On profitability, the company said it remains focused on improving its EBITDA margin and expects to maintain an early double-digit operating margin profile in Q2 FY27, along with strong year-on-year improvement.

Honasa Consumer is India's largest digital-first beauty and personal care company, with a diverse portfolio of seven brands. The company leverages data-driven innovation and a strong omnichannel distribution network.
