Coforge Ltd gains for third consecutive session

Coforge Ltd gained for a third straight session today. The stock is quoting at Rs 1846.1, up 1.1% on the day as on 12:49 IST on the NSE. The benchmark NIFTY is up around 0.18% on the day, quoting at 22462.4. The Sensex is at 72065.15, up 0.22%. Coforge Ltd has slipped around 4.59% in last one month.

Meanwhile, Nifty IT index of which Coforge Ltd is a constituent, has slipped around 6.18% in last one month and is currently quoting at 28304.7, down 0.57% on the day. The volume in the stock stood at 27.24 lakh shares today, compared to the daily average of 26.16 lakh shares in last one month.

The benchmark October futures contract for the stock is quoting at Rs 1852.7, up 1.19% on the day. Coforge Ltd is up 11.05% in last one year as compared to a 10.43% drop in NIFTY and a 18.95% drop in the Nifty IT index.

The PE of the stock is 60.34 based on TTM earnings ending June 26.
