NSE SME Bench Mark Infotech Services logs in with a steady debut

Bench Mark Infotech Services traded at Rs 115.50 on the NSE, a 5% discount to its issue price of Rs 110.
The scrip was listed at Rs 110, matching the issue price. The stock is currently frozen at its upper limit of 5% from its listing price.

The counter hit a high of Rs 115.50 and a low of Rs 104.50. About 18.19 lakh shares changed hands on the NSE.

Bench Mark Infotech Services' IPO was subscribed 95.97 times. The IPO opened for subscription on 25 September 2026 and closed on 29 September 2026. The price band was fixed at Rs 104 to Rs 110 per share.

The book-built issue comprises a fresh issue of 34 lakh shares aggregating Rs 37.40 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 4.58 lakh shares aggregating Rs 5.04 crore. The total issue size was Rs 42.44 crore.

The company raised Rs 12.06 crore from anchor investors through the allocation of 10,96,800 shares on 24 September 2026 at Rs 110 per share.

Promoters Vineet Kumar Gupta and Juli Gupta hold 99.99% of the company before the IPO. Their combined shareholding declined to 72.97% after the issue. Under the OFS, promoter Vineet Kumar Gupta sold 4.58 lakh shares.

Bench Mark Infotech Services plans to use Rs 30 crore of the net IPO proceeds to meet its working capital requirements. The balance will be used for general corporate purposes.

Incorporated in 2007, Bench Mark Infotech Services is an integrated IT and digital infrastructure solutions company providing services to government departments, public sector undertakings, institutional customers and private sector clients across India. Its offerings include networking, communication systems, structured cabling, fibre optic infrastructure, surveillance systems, audio-visual solutions, data centre infrastructure, cloud solutions and annual maintenance services.

The company also provides dark fibre leasing, cloud computing, virtualisation, data storage and AI-enabled edge computing infrastructure. It has initiated AI lab solutions, including GPU-enabled computing platforms, high-performance networking and AI-ready data infrastructure. As of 30 June 2026, the company had 54 employees.

For FY2026, Bench Mark Infotech Services reported total income of Rs 63.99 crore, compared with Rs 50.80 crore in FY2025, an increase of 25.96% YoY. PAT rose 75.30% YoY to Rs 10.22 crore from Rs 5.83 crore, while EBITDA increased 69.81% YoY to Rs 14.06 crore from Rs 8.28 crore. Total borrowings stood at Rs 2.71 crore as of 31 March 2026.
