Bajaj Finance climbs after customer franchise jumps 16% YoY in Q2 FY27
Assets under management (AUM) increased 26.5% YoY to approximately Rs 5,84,750 crore as of 30 September 2026, from Rs 4,62,261 crore a year earlier. In absolute terms, AUM expanded by approximately Rs 1,22,489 crore over the year.
The company?s deposits book stood at approximately Rs 69,750 crore as of 30 September 2026.
Meanwhile, the NBFC?s board approved a proposal to raise up to Rs 11,700 crore through a qualified institutions placement (QIP) by issuing equity shares with a face value of Re 1 each.

The company had reported 27.37% jump in consolidated net profit to Rs 5,985.75 crore in Q1 FY27, compared with Rs 4,699.61 crore in Q1 FY26. Revenue from operations rose 19.58% YoY to Rs 23,165.45 crore during the quarter.
