SSWL reports 52% YoY rise in net turnover for September 2026
The company?s gross turnover increased 46.9% YoY to Rs 728.78 crore in September 2026. Total volume grew 27% YoY during the month.
In value terms, exports grew 54% YoY, while the aluminium segment increased 82%. The 2- and 3-wheeler segment rose 61%, the truck segment gained 54% and passenger car segment increased 12% YoY.
In volume terms, exports increased 33% YoY, while the aluminium segment grew 32%. The 2- and 3-wheeler segment rose 34% and the truck segment increased 37% YoY. The company said growth in the 2- and 3-wheeler category was primarily supported by rising electric vehicle demand, while export growth was driven by increased international procurement of steel and aluminium wheels.
Steel Strips Wheels (SSWL) is engaged in the manufacturing of steel wheel rims catering to different segments of the automobile industry. The firm operates in the automotive wheel segment. Its geographical segments include India and overseas.
The company has reported a 47.01% year-on-year (YoY) increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 69.45 crore in Q1 FY27, compared with Rs 47.24 crore posted in Q1 FY26. Revenue from operations jumped 27.21% YoY to Rs 1,509.81 crore in Q1 FY27 as against Rs 1,186.78 crore in Q1 FY26.
Shares of Steel Strips Wheels (SSWL) declined 4.15% to Rs 391 on the BSE.
