Innova Captab rises after SBI Mutual Fund buys stake in bulk deal

Innova Captab rose 2.69% to Rs 1,189.30 after SBI Mutual Fund purchased 8.33 lakh shares of the company through a bulk deal on the BSE.
According to bulk deal data for 30 September 2026, SBI Mutual Fund bought 8,33,250 shares, representing a 1.46% stake in Innova Captab, at Rs 1,080 per share.

Gian Parkash Aggarwal sold 15.50 lakh shares, equivalent to a 2.71% stake, at Rs 1,080.04 per share. He held a 10.80% stake in the company as of June 2026.

Innova Captab is a pharmaceutical company with a presence across the pharmaceutical value chain, including research and development, manufacturing, drug distribution, marketing and exports. Through its Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) business, the company offers a range of pharmaceutical products to more than 350 clients in India and key international markets. It also has a direct presence across India and international markets through its Branded Generics business. The company operates five manufacturing facilities comprising nine independent blocks, accredited by global regulatory bodies including WHO-GMP, EU-GMP, UK-MHRA and PIC/S.

On a consolidated basis, Innova Captab's net profit rose 42.26% to Rs 44.13 crore while net sales rose 33.94% to Rs 470.85 crore in Q1 June 2026 over Q1 June 2025.
