Siemens announces change in nominee director

With effect from 01 October 2026

Siemens announced that in view of his retirement from Siemens AG, Matthias Rebellius (DIN: 08975071) has ceased to be Special Director (Nominee of Siemens AG) (Non-executive Non-Independent Director) of the Company with effect from close of business hours of 30 September 2026.

Veronika Bienert (DIN: 11745871) is appointed as a Special Director (Nominee of Siemens AG) (Non-executive Non-Independent Director) of the Company with effect from 1 October 2026.
