Texmaco Defence Technologies to acquire 100% stake in Indolem Technologies Systems

Texmaco Defence Technologies (TDTL), a subsidiary company of Texmaco Rail & Engineering, has signed the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) on 30 September 2026 for acquiring 100% share capital of Indolem Technologies Systems (ITSPL) with the shareholders of ITSPL.

Upon completion of the conditions precedent listed out in the SPA and consequent closing of the transaction, ITSPL shall become a wholly-owned subsidiary of TDTL and, accordingly, a step-down subsidiary of the Company.
