Technocraft Industries defers decision to acquire Technosoft Integrated Solutions K.K.

Technocraft Industries (India) has decided to not proceed with the acquisition of 100% equity stake in a newly incorporated company 'Technosoft Integrated Solutions K.K., Japan' by Technosoft Engineering Projects, a subsidiary of Technocraft Industries (India).
