Wipro announces delay in acquisition of select customer contracts of Alpha Net Consulting LLC

Wipro, through its subsidiaries, had signed a definitive agreement to acquire select customer contracts of Alpha Net Consulting LLC and its subsidiaries and that the transaction was expected to be completed by 30 September 2026.

The transaction is now expected to be completed by 31 December 2026.
