L T Foods subsidiary hikes stake in Leev.nu B.V., Netherlands

Nature Bio Foods B.V., Netherlands, a subsidiary of L T Foods has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement for acquisition of additional equity shares of Leev.nu B.V., Netherlands. Pursuant to the said acquisition, the shareholding of Nature Bio Foods B.V. in Leev.nu B.V. will increase from 30.00% to 70.75%, resulting in acquisition of control over Leev.nu B.V. The acquisition has taken place at an equity value of EUR 1.735 million.

Leev.nu B.V. is in the business of lentil-based crackers and cakes, focusing on organic plant-based healthy snacking products. Turnover of the company has remained stable at c. EUR 6 million and has presence in Benelux retail market.
