Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals allots 1.01 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals has allotted 1,01,825 equity shares under ESOP on 30 September 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 13,21,18,490 (constituting of 6,60,59,245 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
