IIFL Finance allots NCDs aggregating to Rs 95 cr

IIFL Finance has allotted 95 Perpetual, Unsecured, Listed, Rated, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs 1 crore each aggregating to Rs 95 crore under Series PDI-2, in dematerialised form and on private placement basis.
