Kirloskar Industries has allotted 5,104 equity shares under 'Kirloskar Industries Limited - Employees Stock Appreciation Rights Plan 2019' on 30 September 2026.

With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 1,05,14,684 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 10,51,46,840.
