Coforge announced the launch of CXNova, an AI-native customer experience (CX) platform designed to help enterprises deliver personalization, engagement, and continuous optimization across critical customer touchpoints. Built on a multi-agent architecture, CXNova enables organizations to transform disconnected AI, content, and channel systems into a unified experience execution layer.

Enterprises have made significant investments in AI, digital experience platforms, and data ecosystems, yet many struggle to operationalize AI across the customer journey. CXNova addresses this gap with an agentic CX orchestration layer that enables systems to turn strategic intent into scalable, autonomous customer journeys that learn, adapt, and deliver business value.

At its foundation, CXNova employs domain-specific ontologies and enterprise knowledge graphs that connect customer, content, product, journey, and operational intelligence, giving every agent a shared understanding of business context. Building on this intelligence layer, specialized content, context, and canvas agents work together to understand, decide, create, and adapt experiences in real time.

Content agents dynamically generate, adapt, and optimize content using enterprise knowledge, structured data, and domain-trained models to ensure personalization and brand compliance at scale. Context agents interpret identity, intent, behavior, and real-time signals to drive next-best-action decisioning across the customer journey. Canvas agents dynamically assemble and deliver experiences across digital and physical touchpoints like web, mobile, conversational, and emerging interaction channels.

These capabilities are enhanced by industry-specific agents with embedded language, knowledge, experience patterns, and decision models, as well as a centralized agent orchestration and experience operations (XOps) control plane that coordinates autonomous agents, enterprise systems, and human expertise.
