Inox Green Energy Services allots 1.81 cr equity shares under QIP issue

Inox Green Energy Services has allotted 1,81,10,473 equity shares to 20 qualified institutional buyers at the issue price of Rs. 165.65 per equity share (including a premium of Rs. 155.65 per equity share) at a discount of Rs. 8.71 per equity share (i.e. 5% of the floor price, as determined in terms of the SEBI ICDR Regulations) to the floor price i.e. Rs. 174.36 per equity share, aggregating to Rs. 299.99 crore pursuant to the QIP issue.

Pursuant to the allotment of equity shares, the paid up equity share capital of the company has increased to Rs.419,60,25,180 consisting of 41,96,02,518 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
