Motilal Oswal Financial Services allots NCDs aggregating Rs 900 cr

Motilal Oswal Financial Services has allotted 90,000 fully paid, secured, rated, redeemable, listed, senior bonds in the nature of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs. 1,00,000/- each aggregating to Rs. 900 crore. on private placement basis.
