Inox Green raises Rs 300 crore via QIP issue from global & domestic institutional investors

Inox Green Energy Services has announced the successful completion of qualified institutions placement (QIP) for the equity shares of the company, raising an aggregate of approximately Rs 299.99 crore.

The fund-raising committee of the board of directors approved the allotment of equity shares under the QIP at its meeting held on 29 September 2026.

The QIP saw participation from from marquee investors such as Bandhan Mutual Fund, Leading Light Fund VCC, India Opportunities Growth Fund LTD - Pinewood Strategy, Elm Park Fund, ITI Mutual Fund and Societe Generale.

Pursuant to the QIP, the company allotted 1,81,10,473 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each at an issue price of Rs 165.65 per equity share (including a premium of Rs 155.65 per equity share).

The company would use the net proceeds from the issue for investing in its subsidiary Vibhav Energy; for repayment/ pre-payment of certain borrowings availed by the company; and for general corporate purposes.

Inox Green Energy Services is a wind power operation and maintenance (O&M) service provider within India. It is engaged in the business of providing long-term O&M services for wind farm projects, specifically the provision of O&M services for wind turbine generators (WTGs) and the common infrastructure facilities on the wind farm which support the evacuation of power from such WTGs.

The company had reported 84.75% rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 40.70 crore despite a 22.97% fall in revenue to Rs 43.29 crore in Q1 FY27 as compared with Q1 FY26.

The scrip rose 0.52% to currently trade at Rs 164.70 on the BSE.
