NSE SME Coreintegra Consulting Services starts with a wobble

The issue was subscribed 1.38 times. The price band was Rs 74 to Rs 78 per share, and the subscription period was from 23 September 2026 to 25 September 2026.
The IPO comprised a fresh issue of 28.19 lakh equity shares. The promoter and promoter group holding declined to 68.03% from 93.04% before the IPO.
The company plans to use the net proceeds to upgrade its existing IT infrastructure, augment its leadership team, enhance brand visibility and meet general corporate requirements. The estimated allocation includes Rs 11.76 crore for IT infrastructure, Rs 5.75 crore for strengthening the leadership team, Rs 0.50 crore for brand visibility and Rs 1.76 crore for general corporate purposes.
Coreintegra Consulting Services, incorporated in 2009, provides staffing, payroll outsourcing, labour law compliance, HR advisory, vendor management and HR-tech and Reg-tech solutions. Its proprietary platforms include CoreX and Core Pay under HR Tech, and Ctrl-F and Core-PFT under Reg Tech. The company serves more than 600 customers across over 30 industries and has a presence across 23 states and four Union territories. As of 31 August 2026, it had 12,166 employees.
On the financial front, the company's total income increased to Rs 516.30 crore in FY2026 from Rs 404.39 crore in FY2025, while profit after tax rose to Rs 4.51 crore from Rs 3.46 crore. EBITDA increased to Rs 6.01 crore from Rs 4.20 crore during the same period.
