Bajel Projects has allotted 22,050 equity shares under ESOP on 29 September 2026. Post the allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 11,57,18,985 equity shares of Rs. 2 each fully paid-up amounting to Rs. 23,14,37,970/-.
