Prasol Chemicals reported a 150.7% YoY jump in consolidated net profit to Rs 61 crore in Q1 FY27 from Rs 24.3 crore in Q1 FY26. Revenue from operations increased 35.7% YoY to Rs 433.6 crore in Q1 FY27 from Rs 319.6 crore in Q1 FY26.
Rays of Belief reported a net profit of Rs 2.8 crore in Q1 FY27 as against a net loss of Rs 0.5 crore in Q1 FY26. Revenue grew 136.4% YoY to Rs 25.3 crore from Rs 10.7 crore in Q1 FY26.
HCL Technologies announced that HCL Software, its software business division, intends to acquire Robotiq.ai, a Croatia-based provider of an enterprise robotic process automation platform, to strengthen its enterprise agentic automation capabilities. The acquisition is expected to close in November 2026.
