Insolation Energy allots 46,750 equity shares under ESOP

Insolation Energy has allotted 46,750 equity shares under ESOP on 28 September 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 22,04,98,625 divided into 22,04,98,625 equity shares of the face value of Re.1/- each.
