DCB Bank allots 10,450 equity shares under ESOP

DCB Bank has allotted 10,450 equity shares under ESOP on 28 September 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased from 322,178,962 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to 322,189,412 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.
