Restaurant Brands Asia allots 1.39 lakh equity shares under ESOS

Restaurant Brands Asia has allotted 1,39,999 equity shares under ESOS on 28 September 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 71,22,18,329 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
