Zee Learn allots 3.43 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Zee Learn has allotted 3,43,491 equity shares under ESOP on 28 September 2026. Consequent to this allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from 32,77,31,291 equity shares of Re 1/- each aggregating to Rs 32,77,31,291/- to 32,80,74,782 equity shares of Re 1/- each aggregating to Rs 32,80,74,782/-.
