Kirloskar Oil Engines allots 46,370 equity shares under ESOP

Kirloskar Oil Engines has allotted 46,370 equity shares under ESOP on 28 September 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the company has increased to 14,55,66,224 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating to Rs. 29,11,32,448/-
