R R Kabel executes BTA for acquisition of business undertaking of U M Cables

R R Kabel Limited, U M Cables (UMCL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Usha Martin, and Usha Martin, have executed a Business Transfer Agreement on 25 September 2026 for the purchase and acquisition of UMCL's business undertaking by R R Kabel by way of a slump sale on a going concern basis.
