Triveni Turbine allots 2,000 equity shares under ESUP

Triveni Turbine has allotted 2,000 equity shares under ESUP on 25 September 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 31,79,00,459/- comprising of 31,79,00,459 equity shares of Re.1 each.
