Angel One allots 5.58 lakh equity shares under employee incentive plan

Angel One has allotted 5,58,270 equity shares under Angel Broking Employee Long Term Incentive Plan 2021.

Consequent to the said allotment, the issued, subscribed, and paid-up capital of the company stands at Rs. 91,45,94,776 comprising of 91,45,94,776 equity shares of face value of Re. 1 each.
