JM Financial allots 45,000 equity shares under ESOS

JM Financial has allotted 45,000 equity shares under ESOS on 25 September 2026.

Subsequent to the allotment of the equity shares as above, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company is Rs 95,70,04,936/- representing 95,70,04,936 equity shares of the face value of Rs 1/- each.
